This high energy workout focuses on interval style weight and cardiovascular training, mixed compound exercises to create strong, lean and agile bodies. You will increase your strength and improve your definition while working on your muscular endurance.

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. *Begins in November – Substitute classes listed on schedule*
Sport Yoga
Is Yoga a sport? Well for us it is!!! Sport Yoga is a unique blend of ancient and modern yoga and bodyweight exercises designed to promote wellness and strength on a physical level. Class will be 45 minutes of working yoga. Students may opt to stay for 15 minutes of restorative postures and/or Savasana after class.
TRX
Are you ready to SWEAT into the next level of training? This class will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Be ready to “feel the burn” as you power through multiple sets of high tension loads in this time-based workout.
