 Full-body workouts created to target muscles you didn’t even know you had. Designed for the athlete in all of us! High energy workout focusing on interval style weight and cardiovascular training mixed compound exercises to create strong, lean and agile bodies. Increase your strength and improve your definition while working on your muscular endurance. Your strength and endurance will be challenged in this circuit style bootcamp class!
 
Barre – with Lisa –
A fun and fast paced workout that fuses Barre and dance combined with the hottest music! Designed to help tone, tighten, and transform the body. Start off with a warm up dance followed by a cardio Barre workout that tone, tighten, and transform the entire body. Finish of with a cool down dance and full body stretch. Burn calories while strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility and have a great time doing it! Get your sweat on by getting your groove on!
